Dr. Fisher meets with 6-8
leaders in non competing companies to leverage the leadership
skills and of the participants and address current concerns they
face. The Roundtables meet monthly. Dr. Fisher is moderator and
guide to the group and the intention is to problem solve current
issues in each of the leaders companies, build a peer group
where there is shared learning, a confidential environment,
group support and lively moderation from Dr. Fisher calling on
his rich experience.
